The package contains this site (29 pages), 41 CSV datasets, 8 documents (4 PDF reports, 1 formal proposal,
1 briefing deck, 3 Excel workbooks) and 18 charts. Everything is cross-referenced through the evidence
registers: 123 sources, 32 assumptions, 35 data gaps, 24 risks.
Citation and use
This is a research blueprint prepared for consultation — not an official Government of Bangladesh document. Figures may be cited with their register identifiers (SRC/ASM/GAP/PL/UFM/AFF/LEG/RSK). The programme name NUPSSP is provisional. Prepared October 2026 by Gulshan Sync Solution, Sylhet.
